Personalised telehealth support for anxiety, OCD, and habit change.

Evidence-based clinical psychology for adults seeking to make focused, practical change

I’m Alice Fourtounas, a Clinical Psychologist offering telehealth therapy for adults who want a structured, thoughtful, and practical approach to change. Our work focuses on understanding the patterns that may be contributing to distress and identifying realistic, sustainable ways to shift the thoughts, behaviours, and habits that may be keeping you stuck. I offer a limited number of appointments to support a focused and personalised telehealth practice.

Areas of focus:

  • Anxiety and worry, including health anxiety, generalised anxiety, and persistent overthinking.

  • Obsessive-compulsive difficulties, including OCD, intrusive thoughts, rumination, checking, and reassurance.

  • Habit change, including procrastination, exercise, eating patterns, and other behaviours that have been difficult to shift

More about me...

I’m a Clinical Psychologist who works with adults experiencing anxiety, obsessive–compulsive difficulties, and behaviour patterns that can feel hard to change alone. Sessions are structured but conversational, with time to reflect, ask questions, and plan what to focus on between appointments. My style is calm, collaborative, and straightforward, and I aim to create a space where we can look carefully at what is happening and work towards change at a pace that feels manageable and grounded.

Training and experience

I have worked as a Clinical Psychologist since 2015 across community mental health and private practice, with adults, adolescents, and families. Over the past four years I have focused primarily on working with clients experiencing OCD, anxiety, and persistent patterns of behaviour that have been difficult to shift. My work draws on evidence‑based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Rumination‑Focused ERP, and motivational interviewing, depending on each person’s needs and goals.
